iTransfers update May 2026

Hello everyone!

A new system update has recently been released, and version 2.5.44 is now available to all users.

As always, we implemented a number of smaller improvements focused on increasing platform stability, speeding up operations, and improving the overall day-to-day user experience. This time, special attention was given to rates and map functionality.

In addition, the release includes several new features we would like to highlight in more detail.

Timetable Update — Global Operations Control

We understand that many of you work simultaneously across different cities and even different time zones.

In such environments, operational control and dispatching become significantly more complex.

If a dispatcher works from Paris while the ride takes place in Seoul — how can they quickly understand when the driver must arrive and avoid time zone mistakes?

That is why we expanded the functionality of Timetable.

Now all users can simultaneously see their own local time and the local time of the city where the ride is taking place.

In addition the timeline now displays the current time in every city where operations are running and users can see the current date and time zone for each operational city.

This helps teams to:

  • Navigate international operations faster;
  • Reduce planning and dispatching mistakes;
  • Simplify the work of dispatchers and project coordinators.

Date Format Settings

We added the ability to customize date display formats.

Users can now choose between:

  • US format;
  • European format;
  • ISO format.

Date format settings can be configured both: at the account level — so all newly created users inherit the default format and at the user level — allowing each employee to select their preferred format individually in profile settings.

Now every employee sees time and dates in the format most convenient for them.

User Geo Access Configuration

If your company operates across multiple cities or countries, and different teams are responsible for different regions, you can now restrict user access by geography.

The configuration is available directly in the user profile.

This allows you to:

  • Focus employees only on their operational region;
  • Simplify ride navigation;
  • Reduce unnecessary information in the interface;
  • Minimize the risk of mistakes when working with rides from other regions.

Especially useful for companies with distributed operational teams.

Automatic Supplier Assignment

Previously, we introduced Supplier Prioritization settings, allowing users to configure up to three preferred suppliers depending on the city, vehicle class, and even a specific client.

Now, all users have access not only to supplier recommendations during selection, but also to fully automatic supplier assignment.

To activate the feature, open References / Supplier Prioritization and enable the Auto-assignment option.

You can also:

  • Automatically assign the supplier with the best available offer if no priorities are configured;
  • Automatically send a quote request if you work with only one supplier.

This functionality helps to:

  • Reduce the risk of operational mistakes;
  • Decrease dispatcher and manager workload;
  • Accelerate the processing of new bookings.

Bulk User Invitation via File Import

Many companies moving to a new platform or expanding operations across multiple regions face the challenge of quickly creating access for new employees.

While adding 5 drivers manually may still be manageable, launching a new office with 10–20 managers can quickly become time-consuming.

To simplify this process, we added a bulk user invitation feature via Excel file import.

How it works:

  1. Download the template file;
  2. The template already includes all roles available in your account;
  3. You can specify the employee’s time zone during import — especially useful for teams working in different cities or countries;
  4. After uploading the file, users automatically receive invitation emails with login links and passwords, just like with manual invitations.

Additionally, employee lists can now be exported — either full lists or filtered results.

Bulk Vehicle Import via File

When expanding a fleet or migrating to a new platform, companies often need to add dozens of vehicles to the system at once.

And when dealing with 20, 50, or even 100 vehicles, manual creation can take a significant amount of time.

To simplify this task, we added a bulk vehicle import feature via Excel file.

How it works:

  • Download the template file;
  • The template already includes:
    • Vehicle classes;
    • Makes and models;
    • Colors and other predefined values;
  • Additional fields are also available for entering vehicle information.

In addition, vehicle lists can now be exported — both full lists and filtered results.
