iTransfers update October 2026

Hi everyone!

In this update, we continued improving system stability and the day-to-day convenience of the platform, and added several new features. Here are the highlights.

New multiplier type - Pre-Order

Rates now support a new multiplier type: Pre-Order.

It lets you change the ride price depending on how far in advance the order is placed. For example, an order placed 48 hours ahead keeps the standard price, 24 hours ahead adds 50%, and 12 hours ahead adds 75%.

You set the time thresholds and the surcharge in the multiplier settings, then apply it to the rates you need.

Currency Selection in Incomes and Expenses

When adding an expense, you can now change its currency in several sections of the system: Finance, Vehicle page, Ride page, and User page.

As before, the account currency is applied by default.

As a reminder, you can enable the bi-currency option in the account settings. In that case, all monetary values (ride price, expenses, income, and more) are additionally shown in the account currency.

API Expansion

The list of available API methods now includes requests to create, update, and assign shifts.

As a reminder, our API is open — the documentation is available via the link.

Booking.com Integration Update

To keep request methods up to date, we have updated the Booking.com integration.

Following the API changes on the Booking.com side, information about requested child seats is now also available in the ride card, in the additional services section.

New Setting for the Transfer by Mileage Method

There is a small update to rates that use the Transfer by mileage price calculation method.

Currently, the rate application is configured through operational centers and operational radii. If a service city is located in a border area, the radius may also cover part of a neighboring country.

If you need to exclude the territory of another country, enable the Restrict rate application to this country parameter.

Passenger Emails for Widget Orders

We have slightly updated the emails passengers receive when ordering rides through the widget.

The email now includes an external link to the ride card. It can be opened even by unregistered users, so your passenger always has access to the necessary ride information.

As a reminder, you can also copy this link from the ride card itself.
